Digivey Plus™ - Web Survey Launcher
The Digivey Plus Web Survey Launcher is an extension of the Digivey Survey Suite. It facilitates data collection of web surveys and mixed-mode surveys (on-site touch screen survey and web survey to the same or different respondent group/s).
Digivey Plus is offered as annual subscriptions in addition to a self-managed server license for enterprises with a large volume of surveys. Pre-requisite for both access formats is the Digivey Survey Suite.
Digivey Plus Features:
- Collects respondent data simultaneous to touch screen surveys OR collects respondent data before or after on-site touch screen surveys
- Sends out online survey links via survey invitations to an email list or offers surveys via a link in a web site
- Built-in Email data base manager with unsubscribe management and invitation email editor
- Supports easy project upload and data download
- Creates instant reports for in-real-time online view and/or survey results can be downloaded to Digivey Analyzer, a module of the Digivey Survey Suite, for further analysis or merged with survey data from touch screen surveys collected with the Digivey Launcher touch screen survey module.

Mixed-mode surveys vs. multi-mode surveys
Mixed-mode and multi-mode surveys have become very popular in recent years. While mixed-mode surveys are intended to give the respondents the opportunity to complete a survey in any of the modes offered, multi-mode survey allow the respondent to switch to another survey mode during the interview.
The Digivey survey software supports mixed-mode surveys with the benefit to being able to reach more respondents.
